Do I have to be a member to book online/ stay at a HI hostel?

You do not need to be a member or add your membership details online in order to make your booking on hihostels.com. The prices generally include member discount (unless otherwise stated). In many countries membership is compulsory to stay at our hostels. Where membership is not compulsory, non-members are required to pay a small surcharge.
