HI-Tibbets Point Lighthouse Hostel is located at the point where Lake Ontario and the St. Lawrence River meet. After the lighthouse became fully automated in 1976, the Victorian-era lightkeeper's quarters was converted to a hostel. Explore the Lighthouse Museum next door. In the town of Cape Vincent, visit the Historical Museum, Fisheries Station - Aquarium and Breakwater Gallery. Take the ferry from Cape Vincent for a day trip to Wolfe Island and Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Antique Boat Museum in Clayton - 12 miles NE
No smoking, alcohol or drugs allowed.
Please be aware that the hostel has no central heating or cooling. Please dress accordingly. We do provide space heaters in the cooler seasons.
